Condition, in plain language
- New with tags (NWT): Unworn, with the original retail tags attached. Any storage flaws are noted in the listing.
- New without tags (NWOT): Unworn, but the original retail tags are missing. Check the listing for any disclosed flaws.
- Like new / LNWOT: Preowned with little or no visible wear. It may have been worn; “like new” is different from “new.”
- Preloved / gently used: Previously owned and worn or used. Read the description and photos for the item's specific wear, flaws or alterations.
A condition label is a starting point. The individual description and photos explain the actual piece, including any disclosed flaws.
Check the fit—with room to change your mind
Compare the listed measurements with a similar item you already own. For jeans, check waist, inseam and front rise rather than relying only on the tag size.
Does not fit? You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Trying it on to check fit is fine. Eligible items must come back in the same condition received, with their original tags and included parts, and no additional wear, washing or alterations.
For fit or change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refunded. There is no restocking fee. You can choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit. If we send an incorrect, damaged or significantly misdescribed item, contact us—we cover the return shipping when a return is needed. Read the full return policy and request instructions.

Delivery and returns
Orders are prepared by our local team and currently shipped from Uvalde, Texas.
Free pickup is available at our Uvalde and Hondo stores when offered at checkout. Pickup orders are usually ready in 2–4 days; wait for your ready notification before visiting. Shipping options and charges appear at checkout.
