Rare Estates
HOW WE SOURCE OUR RARE ESTATES & COLLECTIBLES
Every find has a journey. Our core team of four, with our son pitching in and paid local crews helping on larger jobs, handles scheduled pickups and estate cleanouts across our Texas region—from Uvalde and Hondo to communities including Junction, Dilley, Brackettville, Carrizo Springs and Castroville.
We purchase storage lockers through Lockerfox auctions and help families and seniors clear properties during difficult transitions. We do the packing, loading and heavy lifting. Qualifying cleanouts can be arranged without labor fees in exchange for reusable inventory, with the details agreed before scheduling.
We then sort and select the distinctive vintage pieces and collectibles you see here. Your purchase helps sustain our paid local team and Community Voucher Program.
