Shipping, pickup and returns

Online orders currently ship from Uvalde. Orders are processed and shipped within three business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and postal holidays; carrier transit time is additional. Tracking is sent when your order ships.

Free pickup is available at Uvalde or Hondo when offered at checkout. Orders are usually ready in 2–4 days. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before visiting.

If an order arrives damaged, is incorrect or has not arrived as expected, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage, include photos of the item and packaging and keep the packaging while we help.

Eligible return requests can be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. For fit or change-of-mind returns, buyers pay return shipping. Read the full return policy or view shipping details.
